At Eissler & Associates, we are proud of our ability to develop an understanding of our client organization’s history, culture, issues, and personalities, so that we may begin to match candidates to the expectations and requirements of the position.
After the appropriate candidates have been identified, interviews are conducted and levels of interest are discerned. A complete evaluation of each candidate’s qualifications and accomplishments is conducted. Clients receive a progress report within one or two weeks from the initial contact date.
